AI Force Consulting ("AI Force Consulting," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Scavenger Go mobile application ("Scavenger Go" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App.
By using Scavenger Go, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Account Information
- Email address
- Password authentication information handled through our authentication provider
- Verification code information used to confirm account creation
- Reauthentication code information used to confirm sensitive account actions such as account deletion
- User ID and account session information
Profile Information
- Display name
- Role selection within the App, such as hunter, provider, or admin
- Avatar selection
- Training progress and badge information
- Prize payout details stored in a user profile, such as Venmo username, Zelle email address, or Zelle phone number
Game and Activity Information
- Hunt participation data
- Clues viewed or unlocked
- Submission and claim-code activity
- Leaderboard and progress information
- Attempts, lockout timers, and completion history
Purchase Information
- Information related to in-app purchases and entitlements, such as Season Pass status
- Purchase and entitlement information provided through our purchase service provider
- We do not store full payment card details
Prize Fulfillment Information
- If you win a prize, we may collect and store information needed to deliver that prize, such as your Venmo username, Zelle email address, Zelle phone number, or other payout details you provide in your profile or through the App
- We may also collect information needed to fulfill non-cash prizes, including gift card delivery details
Instagram-Related Use
- Scavenger Go may direct users to Instagram accounts or content as part of gameplay
- Users may need an Instagram account to participate in certain Main Event activities
- We do not control Instagram and encourage you to review Instagram's privacy policy and terms
Device and Technical Information
- Basic device and app session information necessary to operate the App
- Local secure session storage on your device
- Diagnostic or log information necessary to maintain service security and reliability
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Authenticate users and maintain sign-in sessions
- Provide gameplay features, leaderboards, progress tracking, and role-based experiences
- Process and manage in-app purchase entitlements
- Deliver prizes to winners
- Store and use payout information in user profiles to facilitate prize delivery for eligible winners
- Communicate with users about accounts, support, gameplay, or prize fulfillment
- Protect the integrity of hunts, prevent cheating, fraud, or abuse, and enforce our rules
- Maintain, improve, and secure the App
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Prize Payments and Rewards
For Main Event prizes, winners may receive rewards that include money sent through Venmo or Zelle, or gift cards from local vendors. If you are selected as a winner, we may collect only the information reasonably necessary to deliver your prize.
If you choose to store payout information in your profile, we may retain that information so it can be used for future eligible prize fulfillment unless you update it, remove it, request deletion, or we no longer need it for operational or legal purposes.
We do not use prize payout information for advertising purposes.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the App, including:
- Supabase, for authentication, database, and backend services
- RevenueCat, for in-app purchase and entitlement management
We may also share information:
- If required by law, legal process, or government request
- To protect our rights, users, property, or the security of the App
- In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
- Provide the App and maintain your account
- Complete prize fulfillment
- Store payout preferences users choose to keep in their profile for future prize delivery
- Resolve disputes or support requests
- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
If a user stores Venmo, Zelle, or other payout details in their profile, we may retain that information until the user updates it, deletes it, requests account deletion, or we no longer need it for operational or legal purposes.
6. Children's Privacy
Scavenger Go is intended for users age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete that information.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may link to or interact with third-party services, including Instagram, Venmo, Zelle, Supabase, and RevenueCat. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You may be able to:
- Update certain profile information in the App
- Delete your account directly in the App by going to your Profile page and using the delete account option
- Request deletion of stored payout information

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the App after any updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the revised policy.
