When will Scavenger Go launch?

We're putting the finishing touches on the experience. Scavenger Go will be available on the Apple App Store first. Drop us a note at support@scavenger-go.com and we'll let you know the moment it goes live.

Which devices are supported?

At launch, Scavenger Go will be available exclusively on iOS via the Apple App Store. Android support may follow — sign up for launch notifications to hear first.

How do hunts work?

Each hunt is a series of clues that lead you to real local businesses, posts, and places. Solve a clue to unlock the next. Track your progress in real time and see how you compare on the leaderboard.

What is the Main Event?

The Main Event is our flagship competitive hunt. Players sharpen their skills in training hunts first, then compete for top leaderboard spots and real prizes. More details coming closer to launch.

What's the Season Pass?

The Season Pass is a one-time, non-renewing in-app purchase that unlocks extra premium clues, earlier access to clue releases, smarter (less cryptic) hints, and Amplifier access to share official clues. You can still play and win without it — it just boosts your odds.

How do prize payouts work?

Prize payouts are handled outside the app. Winners are contacted by us to arrange delivery via Venmo, Zelle, or gift cards from participating local vendors. Apple is not a sponsor of any contest and is not involved in prize distribution.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app. Go to your Profile page and tap the delete account option. You can also request deletion by emailing ecocarlisle@gmail.com per our Privacy Policy.

I'm a local business — how do I get involved?

We love this question. If you run a local business and want to be featured in a hunt, send us a note at support@scavenger-go.com with your store name, location, and a quick hello. We'll be in touch.
